Inventory management systems

One accurate picture of stock — across every warehouse and channel.

We build inventory platforms for distributors, manufacturers, retailers and multi-site operations: a real-time stock ledger, purchasing and replenishment, warehouse scanning, and integrations with the ERP, WMS, storefronts and carriers you already run.

The problem

What makes this hard

01

Numbers nobody trusts

The ERP, the warehouse and the storefront each show a different quantity, so teams count by hand before promising anything.

02

Overselling and dead stock at the same time

One location runs out while another sits on excess, because stock is planned per site instead of across the network.

03

Reordering by gut feel

Min/max levels set years ago, purchasing in spreadsheets and email, and no record of why a quantity was chosen.

What we build

Capabilities

Multi-location stock ledger

Every receipt, pick, transfer and adjustment recorded as a movement, so on-hand is always explainable.

Purchasing & replenishment

Reorder points, safety stock and purchase suggestions a buyer approves, with supplier confirmations and expected receipts.

Warehouse operations

Receiving, directed putaway, bin locations, wave picking, packing and shipping on handheld scanners.

Barcode, RFID & mobile

Offline-capable scanner apps for the dock and the aisles, with label printing and pack verification.

Lot, serial & expiry tracking

Traceability by batch or serial number, FEFO picking and recall lookups in seconds.

Order allocation

Reservations by channel, priority and location; backorders and split shipments handled by rule.

Cycle counting & audit

ABC cycle counts, variance reason codes, supervisor approval and a complete audit trail.

Forecasting & analytics

AI-assisted demand forecasts, transfer suggestions, turns, aging and inventory valuation — with the maths visible.

The lifecycle

From purchase order to replenishment, as events.

Nine steps every unit goes through — what happens, where it usually breaks, and what we build there.

What happens

A buyer (or a replenishment rule) raises a PO with expected quantities and dates.

Where it usually breaks

POs sent as PDFs by email, so nobody knows what is due at the dock or when.

What we build

PO workflow with approvals, supplier confirmations and expected receipts per location.

Integration categories, not vendor partnerships — what’s possible with a given ERP, WMS or marketplace depends on the interfaces it supports.

Questions

Common questions

Do we have to replace our ERP or WMS?

Usually not. Many companies keep the ERP as the financial system of record and add an inventory layer for real-time stock, warehouse workflows, channel availability and replenishment, integrated in both directions. Where an existing WMS works well, we integrate with it rather than rebuild it.

Which systems can you integrate with?

ERP and accounting systems, WMS, e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, carriers and 3PLs, supplier EDI (such as X12 850, 856 and 810), and barcode or RFID hardware — through whatever interfaces each product supports. We confirm what's available for your specific systems during discovery; these are integration categories, not vendor partnerships.

How do you keep stock numbers accurate?

By recording every change as a movement in a ledger instead of overwriting quantities, scanning at each physical step, reserving stock when orders are placed, and running cycle counts with reason codes and approval for variances. The on-hand figure can always be traced back to the movements behind it.

Does AI place purchase orders on its own?

Only if you choose that, within limits you set. By default forecasts and suggestions are prepared for a buyer, who sees how each quantity was calculated and approves, edits or rejects it.

Can scanners work without a network connection?

Yes. We build offline-first mobile apps that keep working in dead spots and sync with conflict checks when the connection returns.
